Work | Monitoring Telecommuters | WSJ

Many new tools are available for employers to monitor folks who work at home. From webcams to keystroke loggers to periodic screen shots. It does seem intrusive. However, if it facilitates more opportunities for telecommuting then that's a plus from the standpoint of improved work flexibility and reduced oil consumption. Here's the article.
